Terms & Conditions (T&C)

These Terms & Conditions govern the participation of affiliates in the Affiliate Partner Program for various computer literacy courses offered by the Academy/Institute (“Company”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following rules and policies.

1️⃣ Eligibility & Approval

1.1 Participation in the Affiliate Partner Program is subject to approval by the Company.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application without assigning any reason.
1.3 Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2️⃣ Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Affiliates must promote courses ethically and honestly.
2.2 Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about courses, fees, results, or certifications are strictly prohibited.
2.3 Affiliates must follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company guidelines.
2.4 Any misuse of the affiliate system may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account.

3️⃣ Referral Rules

3.1 Commission will be paid only on confirmed admissions through the affiliate’s unique referral link or code.
3.2 Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
3.3 Referrals must be genuine students who are not already enrolled or registered with the Company.
3.4 Duplicate, fake, or fraudulent registrations will not be considered valid referrals.

4️⃣ Payment & Commission Policy

4.1 Commission will be applicable only when a minimum of 50% of the course fee is paid by the student.
4.2 Commission will be calculated based on the actual amount received by the Company.
4.3 Commission will be paid only after verification of admission and payment.
4.4 Payments will be processed on a monthly basis after internal verification.
4.5 The Company reserves the right to modify commission rates or structures at any time.

5️⃣ Cancellation, Refund & Adjustment

5.1 If a student cancels admission or requests a refund, the corresponding affiliate commission will be cancelled or adjusted.
5.2 If any payment is reversed, disputed, or found invalid, the affiliate commission will not be payable.

6️⃣ Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

Using the Company’s name/logo without permission.

Running paid ads using the Company’s brand name without approval.

Spamming, fake leads, or unethical promotions.

Misrepresentation of fees, offers, or guarantees.

Creating multiple accounts for commission benefits.

Violation of any rule may lead to permanent termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

7️⃣ Rights of the Company

7.1 The Company reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time.

Change terms, commission rates, and policies without prior notice.

Reject any referral or affiliate without explanation.

8️⃣ Confidentiality

8.1 Affiliates must keep all company-related data, commission details, and internal information confidential.
8.2 Sharing confidential information with third parties is strictly prohibited.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Company will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss incurred by affiliates.
9.2 The Company’s decision regarding commissions and referrals shall be final and binding.

🔟 Acceptance of Terms

10.1 By joining the Affiliate Partner Program, the affiliate agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
10.2 Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of any future updates to these terms.
